All products selling in our shop are 100% authentic.

2. Is it safe to shop on your site?
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt customer’s information and we will not disclose any customer's information to any other party.

We accept Paypal, Visa and Master card (handled by Paypal) for the payment method.

Mostly, your item will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days.

We take orders for most of the countries in the world. Please check for the shipping & returns section for the country list.

8. What is the shipping method?
There are three shipping methods in our shop:

1) International Airmail
2) International Registered Airmail
3) Express Mail Service (EMS)

All of the above shipping methods are handled by Hong Kong Post. If you are asking for other couriers, please contact us for details.

9. What is the shipping time?
9-21 days for International Airmail and International Registered Airmail. 3-7 days for Express Mail Service (EMS). All are barring custom delay and public holidays.

10. Can I change my shipping address after placing order?
We try our best to help you if your item is not yet delivered.

11. Why the website is showing "Out of stock" after I purchased the item?
Basically, your purchased item is in stock and the system shows "Out of stock" as the last quantity was just purchased by you. So don't worry, we only list the "in stock" items here.

If you still cannot see your item after 30 days for the International Airmail. Contact us! We will try my best to help you.

Deliveries to some countries may be subject to import tax or duty. We suggest you to check tax rules of your country before ordering online.
